Returns Policy

Stars & Stripes Products believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your products, you can return for a full refund. All items must be in the condition they were shipped and must be within 2 weeks of ship date and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. NO return or refund on sale items or special offers!
No returns will be accepted for exchange or refund for any reason after 21 days of the purchase date.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Information

How do you ship, how long will it take me to receive my items?

• Most items ship within 1 - 3 days depending on availability.  
• We make every effort to ship orders received by 9:00am PST on the same day.
• We ship via USPS priority mail which usually takes 2-3 days depending on your distance from Pahrump, NV.
• You can pickup your order if you live in the local area.  
• Shipping cost chart below reflects cost to ship jewelry.  
• Items marked with an * or large orders have increased shipping costs based on USPS Priority mail rates.

General Shipping Rules

• Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded in full minus shipping and handling charges.  
• Packages that must be rerouted because of wrong zip codes, addresses or suite numbers will be charged the $5-10 fee, so please be sure you have the correct address.
• We do ship outside the United States and shipping prices vary depending on country. Please contact us so that we can accommodate your request for overseas shipping.
